Returns Policy

Please check your order fully on receipt of goods. 

Online Exchanges/Returns

For purchases of non customised goods
We will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 30 days of the date of delivery providing the item is returned to our warehouse in a new, unused and resalable condition, including any packaging & attached tags where applicable. 

Unless your garments are faulty TrueFit does not cover the cost of returning the products to our warehouse. Exchanges may require an additional payment to cover the cost of shipping back out to you. If the new product is less expensive, we will automatically apply the credit to the shipping cost. 

Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are a customer preference. Unless goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.

If you do not contact us within 30 days of receipt of goods, we will not be able to authorise a return.

Remember to include your order number found at the top left of your sales order confirmation so our returns team can locate your account. Please keep hold of your tracking receipt as proof of postage.

Unfortunately due to their bespoke nature we cannot accept the return of customised items. 

Customised garments
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges from custom orders that are not suitable or are the wrong size. For that reason, we ask you to take your time when selecting and designing your custom clothing before submitting them for production. We will only replace customised items that are faulty. 

Damaged or faulty items
If your items are damaged or faulty in any way please contact us as soon as possible. Our customer service team will require as much information as possible including order number, date of purchase and photographs of the items so we are able to come to a swift resolution.

Any product sold by TrueFit that is found to have a defect is subject to either repair, replacement or refund in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returning Items
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty. 

Any product returned due to a defect will be examined by staff upon receipt of both the product and proof of purchase. The repaired product or a replacement will be shipped in a timely fashion pending stock availability. Should a replacement product be unavailable a similar product shall be substituted as an alternative with the customers agreement or a refund will be issued. 

Items Returned in Used Condition
All items returned into our warehouse are inspected by our warehouse team and if deemed to not be in the required condition, the return or exchange will be refused. If this occurs, we will notify you and may request an additional payment to cover the shipping costs back out to you.

TrueFit reserves the right to return any products to the customer (at the customers expense) if no defect is found.

This does not affect the customers statutory rights.

Cancelling an order
If an order is cancelled after 24 hours of being placed any logo set up fees may be deducted from any refund. 

Truefit reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for certain returned plain items up to 25% of the order value.
