2. Ordering Process

- All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

- The Website allows users to customise workwear items with specific designs, logos, and text.

- Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customisation details provided during the order process.

- Customised workwear orders are final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or returned once production has started. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure accuracy in sizing, design specifications, and other customisation details.

- The order confirmation does not signify acceptance of the order; it is a confirmation that the order has been received.
